Advanced Bowen Technique (NST)

This therapy is a soft tissue therapy, a subtle muscle/ nerve/ connective tissue therapy and its aim is to integrate the body as a whole. Can be very effective for sciatica and other painful physical conditions. The treatment is applied through light clothing. The technique encourages realignment of the body, there is no need for the manipulation of hard tissue and no force is used or needed.
